AED and UAE IBANs
Contributions and payouts are in AED. IBANs are checked for format and checksum, and the bank is shown from the IBAN so members can double-check.
Bank transfers you already use
Members pay the organiser from their own UAE bank app. CIRCUL never holds, moves or guarantees money.
Arabic first
Arabic by default with full right-to-left layout, plus English and French.
Phone, Apple or Google sign-in
Use your +971 mobile number with a 6-digit SMS code, or sign in with Apple or Google.
What CIRCUL does not do
- It is not a bank and does not hold money, pay interest, lend or score credit.
- It cannot yet confirm that an IBAN belongs to the named person, so members should check the bank and every digit.
- It does not decide disputes or recover money; disagreements are settled between members and the organiser.
Availability
CIRCUL is in a private TestFlight beta and is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. The first launch is in the UAE; more Arab countries are coming soon.

Does CIRCUL hold or move my money?
No. CIRCUL never holds, moves or guarantees money. Members transfer contributions from their own bank accounts to the organiser, and the organiser transfers each payout to the recipient. CIRCUL only records what members report and confirm. Only join circles with people you trust.

With your mobile number and a 6-digit SMS code (UAE +971 numbers at launch), with Apple, or with Google.
How much does CIRCUL cost?
Joining is free. Your first circle is free to create and you get 3 welcome CU. After that a circle costs 1 CU for 2–6 members, 2 CU for 7–12 and 3 CU for 13–24, paid once when you create it. CU are sold in in-app packs of 5, 15 and 40.
